Victor Pavarin Tavares
ResearcherBachelor’s degree from the Law School of the Univerisity of São Paulo (FDUSP), with a double degree through an agreement signed between the universities of Lyon 3, Lyon 2 and Saint Étienne (licence en droit – PITES program). Coordinator of the Copyright Law Reform at Creative Commons Brazil. He has worked as a lawyer in the area of Digital Law, focusing on Technology, Data Protection, Intellectual Property, and Electoral Law. Currently, he is a researcher at InternetLab.
