Law degree from the University of São Paulo and bachelor of arts from the Faculty of Arts , Philosophy and Human Sciences of the University of São Paulo. Master of Philosophy and General Theory of Law, Faculty of Law, University of São Paulo. She was Chief of Staff to the Minister of Justice (2002 ). She was a member of the Board of Directors of the Lawyers Association of São Paulo (AASP). She joined the Special Committee of Intellectual Property Section of the Brazilian BAR Association – State of São Paulo Chapter (OAB- São Paulo) (2004-2006). She is a member of the Association of Copyright (ABDA). She is a partner at Barbosa Rodrigues, Mac Dowell de Figueiredo, Gasparian Advogados, where she specializes in freedom of speech and media law as well as advertising. She has published several articles.
