Bachelor student in Law at University of São Paulo (USP), and former student at the Brazilian Society of Public Law – SBDP (2014). He was also a researcher at the Center of Study and Research in Democratic Administrative Law (2013), and an Amicus Humans Rights Group attendant (2015), both at USP.
