Master in Law, State and Constitution (2010) from UnB, specialized in Constitutional Labor Law (2015). Researches Law Found on the Net in the Digital Culture & Democracy group. Professor since 2014 at the FAJS of CEUB. Between 2016 and 2018, he taught Ethics, Legislation and Copyright and Image Law on the Web in the Digital Journalism and Multimedia Production course of the Postgraduate Program of IESB. Federal public servant at the TST, since 2004. At SAL-MJ, he was the manager of the elaboration of the Marco Civil da Internet (2009 to 2010). In 2012, he coordinated the Open Business Models research at CTS of FGV-RIO. He was part of the 3rd Class of the Legal Course offered by EGI (CGI.br and NIC.br). In 2017, he participated in the public hearing at the STF on the blocking of WhatsApp (ADPF 403 and ADI 5.527). Co-founder of the Pirate Party, AqualtuneLAB and IBIDEM, NGO member of CDR.
