Natália Paiva
Founding partner of Alandar Consultoria em Políticas Públicas, the largest policy tech consultancy in Brazil and one of the few in Latin America specializing in trust & safety, and member of the global integrity and safety advisory board of the French company Teleperformance. Previously, she led Instagram’s public policy area for Latin America at Meta, worked as a consultant specializing in the public sector at McKinsey & Company and directed the organization Transparência Brasil. As well as being a partner at Alandar, Natália is also the executive director of MOVER (Movement for Racial Equity), an initiative that brings together more than 50 CEOs committed to transforming the private sector by promoting diversity, equity and inclusion. MOVER is committed to fostering the emergence of 10,000 new black leaders by 2030. With a degree in Journalism from the Federal University of Ceará, a Master’s in Communication and Semiotics from PUC-SP, and an MBA from IE Business School in Madrid, Natalia is a Global Fellow at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, a global policy think tank based in Washington. At the same time, she also devotes herself to one of her passions, literature, having published three children’s books by Solisluna in recent years: Martim Barulim – Os Sons do Bebê, A Incrível Serena Contra o Temível Aspiraldo, and Ninoca Dorminhoca.
