Marcel Leonardi is a Bachelor, Master and Doctor of Law from USP (University of São Paulo) and postdoctoral fellow by Berkeley Law, and has just completed a professional cycle at Google, where he collaborated intensively in the elaboration of the brazilians Civil Rights Framework for the Internet and General Data Protection Law. He has also worked on public policy issues on a wide range of topics in the technology and Internet industry. Specialized in data protection, Marcel is a consultant at Pinheiro Neto Advogados and a professor at FGVLaw since 2005.
