Master’s Student at University of São Paulo Law School, where he holds a scholarship from Programa de Aperfeiçoamento do Ensino. Holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the same institution (2008). Former scholarship holder from Programa de Estímulo ao Ensino de Graudação (2013 and 2016) and from Programa Ensinar com Pesquisa at Law, Internet and Society Nucleous (2014), both at USP. He attended to the Brazilian Society of Public Law, where he was approved with praise and distinction (2014). In 2017 he attended the Annenberg-Oxford Media Policy Summer Institute, held at the University of Oxford. In the same year, he won the first place prize of the “Monograph Contest: Law & Internet” from the Brazilian Public Law Institute, and completed the course CopyrightX, offered by Harvard University. Currently, he is a researcher at InternetLab.
