Professor at the University of Brasilia (UnB) and the Brazilian Institute for Education, Development and Research (IDP), post-doctoral researcher at Goethe University, Frankfurt am Main. President of the Federal Bar Association’s Digital Law Commission and director of the Center for Law, Internet and Society (CEDIS/IDP). She was rapporteur for the Federal Senate’s Committee of Jurists on the regulation of artificial intelligence. She holds a doctorate in private law from the Humboldt University of Berlin.
