A human rights lawyer, he holds a Bachelor of Laws (2006) and a PhD in International Law (2017) from the University of São Paulo (USP), working for 15 years in human rights research and advocacy, with an emphasis on the use of international protection systems. He has worked in foreign policy and human rights and socio-environmental rights and development programs at Conectas Human Rights. Currently, she coordinates the area of research and advocacy on social and economic justice at Oxfam Brazil. She has coordinated university extension projects on human rights, international politics and foreign policy at the Center for International Studies at USP (NEI/FDUSP). He has a technical background in data processing, having worked for ten years as a programmer and systems analyst.
