Ivan de Franco

Holds a master’s degree in Law and Development from the Law School of Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV – DIREITO SP, Brazil – 2015), with both Mario Henrique Simonsen Education and Research’s fellow and the Higher Education Personnel Training Coordination’s (CAPES – Brazil) fellow. He was co-oriented, in the Master’s Program , by Professor Luciana Gross Cunha and Professor Dimitri Dimoulis, and studied the disciplinary control of the Brazilian National Council of Justice (CNJ). He earned his bachelor of laws degree (LL.B,) in 2012, at the University of São Paulo (USP). He has experience and publications in the Public Law field, and was approved (with distinction award) at the Brazilian Public Law Society (SBDP) in 2010, institution where he taught and oriented academic conclusion papers in the period from 2012 to 2014. Currently, he is a member of the Justice and Constitution Center (NJC) at FGV – DIREITO SP and coordinates the InternetLab’s research project “Judiciary an Access to Information”.
