Helena Secaf dos Santos is a lawyer and researcher with experience in privacy, data protection, and digital regulation. She holds a Master’s degree in Law and Development from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV Direito SP), supported by the Mario Henrique Simonsen Teaching and Research Scholarship. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the same institution, with partial support from the Sr. Luiz Simões Lopes Merit Scholarship. She is a member of the COMPPIT FGV – Research Center on Competition, Public Policy, Innovation, and Technology and the Economic Power & Democracy Crisis group (CEBRAP). Currently, she serves as Research Coordinator at InternetLab and Data Protection Officer (DPO).
