Diogo R. Coutinho is an Associate Professor of Law at the University of Sao Paulo (USP), where he leads the “Law and Policy Research Group.” He was awarded a Productivity Scholarship from the National Council for Scientific and Technological Development (CNPq) and has a master degree (MSc Regulation) from LSE and a doctorate from USP. Prof. Coutinho is also a researcher at the Brazilian Center for Analysis and Planning (Cebrap).
