Former special advisor of a public enterprise subordinated to the City Government of Sao Paulo, acting in projects maintained by the City Controllership-General (Coordination of Integrity Promotion), Secretariat of Services (WiFi Livre SP Program), and other initiatives related to open government, transparency, public procurement, technology and innovation.

At InternetLab, he worked in the fields of technology in the public educational sector and OER policies.
