André Houang
Operations Manager, DPO and ResearcherMaster’s student in Political Science at Faculty of Philosophy, Literature and Human Sciences of Universidade de São Paulo (FFLCH-USP). Bachelor’s degree from the Law School of the Univerisity of São Paulo (FDUSP), with a double degree from the University of Lyon 2 (license en droit – PITES program). He holds a certificate in German law from the Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich. He was a fellow of the Tutorial Education Program – Legal Sociology. Houang is also the coordinator of the Copyright Law Reform at Creative Commons Brazil. He is currently an operations manager, DPO and researcher
