Eriko Monteiro

Research intern

Law student at the University of São Paulo (FDUSP), he is a research fellow at the Public Training School of the Brazilian Society of Public Law (SBDP) and a member of the Law and Democracy Center at the Brazilian Center for Analysis and Planning (CEBRAP), within the thematic project “Crisis of Democracy: Critical Theory and Diagnosis of the Present Time.” He also serves as a member, teaching assistant, and researcher at the FDUSP Laboratory of Governments (LabGov), and is part of the student body of the Constitutional Studies Group (GRECO) at FGV Law School (São Paulo), as well as the Applied Constitutional Law Group (GEDCA) at PUC-SP. He holds an academic monitor position in the course “Constitutional Law I: Fundamental Rights” at FDUSP. He participated in the inaugural edition of the Google Legal Student Institute (LSI) in Brazil and was part of the fourth cohort of the Next Generation of Lawyers program. Currently, he is a research intern at InternetLab.
